mVITAKARTA – Health in Your Pocket!
The first mobile health record in the Czech Republic.

To use the application, it is necessary to be a client of OZP and have access to VITAKARTA. However, users who are not OZP clients can also view the application after installation – you will find a demo on the login screen.

Your important health data is securely stored and available to you anytime, anywhere – for example, at the doctor's office when asked about medications, family history, and more.

In the application, you can not only have your own data but also data of your children, partner, parents, and more.

The application is intuitive and complies with iOS standards.

Registered policyholders in VITAKARTA have access to the following features in mVITAKARTA:

• Browsing:
  • Healthcare provided by OZP to their healthcare providers (general practitioners, outpatient specialists, hospitals, etc.),
  • Medications, medicinal products, medical devices, etc., covered by OZP,
  • Fees and co-payments paid at healthcare facilities and pharmacies,
  • Financial reimbursements made by OZP,
  • Recommended preventive check-ups,
  • Benefits – including benefits utilization,
  • Events handled by OZP Assistance Service + sending messages to the assistance service,
  • Chronic conditions – advice and recommendations for identified issues based on provided care or policyholder's designation in their health profile.
• Recording:
  • Medications or vitamin preparations being taken,
  • Chronic issues,
  • Vaccinations received,
  • Injuries, surgeries, and procedures undergone,
  • Diseases treated without a doctor's visit (colds, viruses, etc.),
  • Other data such as family history, tick bites, or women's menstrual records, etc.,
  • Evaluation of doctors, pharmacies, etc.
• Your Health Data:
  • You can transfer records from the Health (HealthKit) app for the selected policyholder via mVITAKARTA to the web-based VITAKARTA. This includes weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, and body mass index. These data are transferred only with consent for each type.

In addition, files such as medical reports and test results can be stored in the application or you can take advantage of the services of Doctor's Atlas where you can find contracted healthcare facilities of OZP.

The feature of using an SOS button is interesting. Based on pre-filled user information, it allows you to call a predefined number or send an SMS or email without logging in when needed. It can also include current location details or display emergency information.

The application is regularly updated.
